When you make a booking for a course, class or training session, we reserve and set aside a specific place for you. Events cannot go ahead if we don’t meet minimum numbers, and we have financial commitments both to our team of self-employed trainers and guest speakers - and for venues, caterers etc when events are in-person. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot always offer a full refunds if you decide not to attend or to cancel your booking.

If you cancel within 14 days of the first class, we reserve the right to refund minus 10% to cover admin costs. If you decide to cancel your place mid-course, or are unable to attend single classes no refunds will be issued. However, we run classes regularly, so there is no need to miss out:  if you cannot make a specific class we can arrange for you to attend the same class on another block, or you can transfer your place to a later block. Please contact support@interact-hq.com to discuss further. For single class bookings, no refunds will be issued, if you cannot make a class you can transfer your place to another class in the term-block.

    2. Acting Course: Paid for in a block booking. If you wish to cancel the full course, you must do so 14 days before the first session, to give us time to fill your place. If you cancel within 14 days of the first session, we reserve the right to refund minus 25% to cover some of your cost. If you decide to cancel your place mid-course, or are unable to attend single sessions, no refunds will be issued. However, we run courses fairly regularly, so there is no need to miss out:  if you cannot make a specific session we can arrange for you to attend the same session on another block, or you can transfer your place to a later block. Please contact support@interact-hq.com to discuss further.

    3. Focus Courses:

These one-off events are refundable provided you cancel within 48 hours of the start time. You can also transfer your place to someone else.

    4. INTERACT MINDSET training courses:

In order to get a full refund you must cancel within 14 days of the session. This class is dependent on a certain number of participants, so the sooner we know the more chance of filling your place. You can cancel between 13 days - 48 hours before the session to receive 75% of the cost if you change your mind or cannot attend. We understand that in our industry things regularly come up at the last minute, so no need to miss out - we run this event 3 to 4 times per year, so you can change the date of your booking up to 48 hours before the training starts by contacting support@interact-hq.com.  If you decide not to attend the event outwith these terms, no refund will be issued. If you decide to only attend some of the class, no refund will be given.
