This policy explains how INTERACT-HQ (“INTERACT”, “our”, “we”) will use any personal information that we collect about you when you use this website, products or services.

What information we will collect about you

We collect information about you when you register to attend any events (classes, focus courses, training sessions), place an order for services (acting, pre-audition and show-reel 1:1 coaching) or enquire/book or contract any show-reel or filming products. We also collect information when you provide feedback or supply us with information during the course of our relationship. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

We may process certain types of personal data about you as follows:

  • Identity Data may include your first name, last name, title, date of birth and gender. Formal identification including passport, driving license, student card. 

  • Contact Data may include your billing address, email address and telephone numbers.

  • Financial Data may include your bank account and payment card details.

  • Transaction Data may include details about payments between us and other details of purchases made by you.

  • Technical Data may include your login data, IP addresses, browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, time zone setting and location, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this site.

  • Profile Data may include your username and password, purchases or orders, your interests, preferences, and any feedback you give us.

  • Usage Data may include information about how you use our website, products and services.

  • Marketing and Communications Data may include your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.


Sensitive data

We may request to collect sensitive data about you in order to provide our coaching and psychology based services. Sensitive data may include details about your focus for coaching session, details about your mental health or medications taking and anything else you choose to disclose to us.

Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you, if you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to carry out the service you purchased. If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may need to cancel the service, but we will notify you at the time.

    • order our services or products

    • create an account in the booking pages of our website

    • Email newsletters and mailing lists are administered using a third party service provider, Mailchimp.

    • Contact, financial and transaction data from providers of technical, payment and delivery services such as PayPal, based inside and outside the EU.

We may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with Squarespace, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.

Order and account emails

We may email you with messages about your order or account activity. For example, we may email you to tell you that:

  • You’ve created a Customer Account

  • Your Customer Account password has been reset or updated

  • You’ve made a purchase

  • Your confirmation details - including details of how to access your product/service.

It’s not possible to unsubscribe from these messages.

We share your contact information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so they can send these emails to you on our behalf.

Fonts

This website uses font files from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts. To properly display this site to you, servers where the font files are stored may receive personal information about you, including:

  • Your IP address

Visitor data

Customers

When you buy something on this website, we collect personal information from you to fulfill the order. We may collect information like your:

  • Billing address

  • Details which product/service you are purchasing

  • Email address

  • Phone number

We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.

As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal data when you visit this website, including:

  • Information about your browser, network and device

  • Web pages you visited prior to coming to this website

  • Your IP address

Squarespace needs the data to run this website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyses the data in a de-personalised form.

We use Acuity, a Squarespace product, so that you can quickly and easily make bookings with our coaches, or sign up to classes. No personal data is stored on our site, it all stays on Acuity. Acuity’s privacy policy can be viewed here https://www.squarespace.com/privacy

We use Zoom for all of online events (training, masterclasses, focus courses) and services (1:1 acting coaching, pre-audition coaching and self-tape coaching) as well as any meetings we may have with people for filming services. All of our Zoom rooms are password protected, and we operate with a waiting room, and people can only join the room when admitted by our coaches and rooms are locked when all parties are present.  Zoom privacy policy is: https://zoom.us/privacy
